Eco-Ukraine was established by the East Europe Foundation (EEF) in April 2008 to provide an information resource about how businesses practice environmental responsibility in Ukraine. This site provides news to journalists, community leaders, government authorities, businesses and the public about public-private initiatives focused on improving environmental protection efforts and promoting sustainable growth. By reporting on community, business and public-private environmental initiatives, Eco-Ukraine hopes to stimulate greater public interest and corporate involvement in environmental protection.
