METINVEST APPROVES NEW SOCIAL STRATEGY

For its fifth anniversary, the Metinvest has developed and begun to implement its new Social Investing Strategy, which in addition to modern management methods will identify a list of key corporate social programs.
The strategy involves implementation of several comprehensive social programs encompassing major development spheres in all areas of the Company presence.
The following programs are being launched within the frames of the Strategy: 
* Healthy Environment is the Everybody's Business program is aimed at environmental education in the field of resource and energy saving, climate change and local community involvement into solution of environmental problems of the city, development of lean attitudes and environmental conservation. 
* We Improve the City program is aimed at raising social activity of the local population and supports implementation of topical projects directed at changing social environment of Metinvest's areas of presence.
* Children and Youth Football Development. Program objective: health promotion and provision of alternative leisure opportunities to children and the youth.
* The World of Opportunity program focuses on identification and rendering support to talented youth. For more information, please click here.
